Patina

A young girl named Patina, also known as Patty, runs to escape the taunts of her new school and fears of losing her mom to The Sugar disease. Despite her hard exterior, she's also running for her mother, who can no longer run. But when her coach assigns her to run relay and depend on others, Patty's attitude needs a revamp.
