Silent Scream follows Detective Olivia Sutherland as she investigates a suspicious fire that killed a teenage girl, only to discover a sinister blackmailer who preys on young people without hesitation. Adding to the difficulty of the case is her partner, sexy firefighter David Hunter, who brings back memories of their past. As they try to navigate their feelings and solve the case, a diabolical puppet master pulls strings to make a group of twentysomethings do his bidding, leading Olivia and David on a hunt for a calculating and deadly criminal.
