Fatal Alliance

This engaging novel is set 3,500 years before Darth Vader's rise and brings to life the world of the popular Star Wars online role-playing game. The story follows a group of characters, including a Jedi Padawan, a trooper, and a Mandalorian, as they attend an auction held by a matriarch in the Hutt crime cartel. However, they all have their own agendas and plan to steal the prize: two burned chunks of an exploded star cruiser that may hold the key to the wealth of an entire world. In the end, they must come together and stop a powerful threat that could destroy the galaxy, forcing Sith and Jedi, Republic and Empire, to unite.
