I had been waiting literal years for @OmarHolmon’s book WE WERE ALL SOMEONE ELSE YESTERDAY, & I already know so many of the poems in it so well, & it *still* surprised me & made me cry. Omar is so talented at braiding humor & grief, it’s masterful.      source
